In parallel to running a large talent team, she has spent the past 5 years moonlighting as a compensation negotiation consultant, successfully guiding working professionals to negotiate their best offer, with a 100% success rate proven track record in increasing offer salaries and offer negotiation confidence in clients.
Her negotiation skills are proven in both her own current role as Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment at a Boston based hypergrowth start up. Allison currently lives in Andover with her husband, Aaron, and french bulldog, Boris.
