After a free initial 30 minute consultation. The rate is a flat fee of $1,000 to coach you through the entirety of your negotiation.

In this first (free) 30 minute consultation (conversation), we will discuss your negotiation goals, and create goals to match your needs.
step 2
We will study the market for your role to create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. This includes a plan for negotiation discussions with relevant parties, alignment on what your target increase is, and realistic goal setting.
step 3
We'll navigate the negotiation process together, this includes, going over the plan, covering the strategy and approach of reaching your goals. I'll be in your corner as your guide, during negotiation. The support will be here if you need to push back and how to reach goals and agreements.
